粉丝朋友说喜欢看我谈客户,喜欢我写邮件时对客户语气的把握。我那点本事当然不是天生的,自然也是学习而来的,确切地说,正是把自己当做客户,找地道的老外买东西,看老外是如何做销售与客服的。
