上午，收到一个粉丝朋友的报喜。她说在一个订单后，客户特意写了一封邮件给她的老板，实名感谢她。

感谢信，Thanks Letter，是客户专门写给公司，对销售个人表示感谢的信件。
如果说军人的荣誉是伤疤，医生的骄傲是锦旗，那么销售的勋章则是感谢信。
它是对个人的最高认可，也是服务的最佳证言。
一个成功的销售职业生涯，如果没有收过客户的感谢信，是不完整的。
它比一个单赚多少钱更重要。因为它意味着细水长流，可持续，愉悦顺畅。
作为客户的褒扬来说，它也比公司与同事的鲜花与掌声有意义。因为信任是无价的，多少钱也买不到。
个人之见，感谢信是销售职业旅程中最为重要的礼物，也是一个销售是否成熟可以独当一面的见证。

在看到***（因***不想出现在视野中，所以隐去了名字)收到的这封长文感谢信时，还是颇为震撼的。
之所以这样说，是因为感谢信对我而言是一个熟悉又陌生的词。
陌生是因为我的销售生涯并没有收到过感谢信（邮件），熟悉是因为我收到过纸质的感谢卡。
我知道这意味着什么。
对客户来说，是真诚的，发自内心。
对销售本人，充满成就感与自豪感。
对公司来说，充满希望，无限可能。

我能想象…看到感谢信时的样子。
如果你是***，我相信你也一定激动万分，眼含热泪，无语凝噎。这种认可与褒扬的确是无法用语言表达的。
你是怎样的人，就会遇到怎样的客户。
当一个从未谋面的客户，对你这么长的表白与赞誉，你只能激励自己再接再厉，然后告知自己：你若不离不弃，我必生死相依。
所以，我建议…把这封感谢信裱起来，珍藏起来。工作不顺，情绪低落之时，拿出来看看。
哪天能收到10封表扬信，你基本每个月就是10W+的薪水了。

当局者迷，旁观者清。怎样的服务是好的？客户的话最有发言权。
